Return Eligiblity: We only have a replacement or exchange policy on all our products within 7 days of delivery, currently we do not offer returns.
Important: Sale products are not eligible for exchange.
At Prosharx, your satisfaction means everything to us. Since we're a small business focused on keeping prices fair and affordable, we try to keep Exchanges to a minimum — so be sure to check our size chart before placing your order!

All exchanges for Size, Color or preference related will be accepted at Flat Fee of Rs. 100/- PER ITEM.
- Must have intact tags and original packaging.
- Used or Tag-Detached Items Not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect: We will provide exchange at no extra charge only after a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.
Timeframe: You may only return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
Process:

Application: Mail us your ORDER ID on help@prosharx.com for further process
- Pickup & Warehouse: Returns/Exchanges reach our warehouse within 5-7 working days post-pickup.
- Approval/Rejection: Communicated via call/Whatsapp/Mail
- Discount & Deductions: Rs 100 fee will be added to replacement item or collected at time of request.

Exchange Processing: Exchange item will dispatched immediately after we receive the item back to our wharehouse in good condition.
Please be patient as whole exchange process can take upto 14 days.

Due to the nature of innerwear, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene, protecting the health and safety of our customers.
