At Prosharx, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make it simple and convenient for you to return the product. RETURNS & Exchange
Timeframe for Returns: You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order if it meets the following criterias.
Eligible: Only Damaged or Incorrect Items can be Returned. Additionally, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.
Products Below INR 599/- are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Unused Items: Must have intact tags and original packaging.
- Used or Tag-Detached Items: Not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Process:

Application: Mail us your ORDER ID on prosharx.sports@gmail.com or whatsapp on 8929895790.
- Pickup & Warehouse: Returns/Exchanges reach our warehouse within 5-7 working days post-pickup.
- Approval/Rejection: Communicated via call/Whatsapp

Discount & Deductions:
- For COD orders, COD charges(₹50) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Refunds will have deductions for discounts and codes applied.
- Refund Processing: Within 7-10 working days redund will be sent to original source or your UPI address.
- Exchange Processing: Exchange item will dispatched.
- Only first Exchange is Free and another exchange may attract logistic costs.
Innerwear Policy
Due to the nature of innerwear, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene, protecting the health and safety of our customers.
