RETURNS & Exchange Creterias:

Exchange Eligiblity: All exchanges for Size, Color or preference related will be accepted at Flat Fee of Rs. 100/- PER ITEM.

• Must have intact tags and original packaging.
• Used or Tag-Detached Items Not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Return Eligiblity: We only have a replacement or exchange policy on all our products within 7 days of delivery. 

Damaged or Incorrect: We will provide exchange at no extra charge only after a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.

Timeframe: You may only return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
